Weatherlib 1.0 released!

First stable version of weatherlib has been released and it is now available for download.
In spite of several tests which have been performed, bugs are certainly scattered through the code. If you wish to help this project growing, please report them through SourceForge's bug tracking system or just by sending a mail to the author.
